A noise was coming out of under the hood of my 2019 Tahoe, when I called Bomnin to schedule service, they just told me to drop it off "whenever", I thought "they must not be busy" but then they just to Tahoe, when I called Bomnin to schedule service, they just told me to drop it off "whenever", I thought "they must not be busy" but then they just told me that they wouldn't give me an exact date they were going to check my car, that's the only car we have, we can not afford just dropping it off and not have an exact time to pick it up.. finally I had to talk to a mgr and explain the situation, only then they gave me an exact date and time to bring my car. Also, my car's inspection was past due, they didn't even offer to inspect it. More
