I had nothing but a great experience, from the salesman, the sales manager and the finance guy. I drove 6 hrs, and found that the car was just as represented. I was the first to check in. I was told they needed to order a oil filter for my car. I made my appointment over 3 weeks prior. After sitting there over 1 hour I went to see what I was told they needed to order a oil filter for my car. I made my appointment over 3 weeks prior. After sitting there over 1 hour I went to see what was happening. I was told I needed to speak to Omar. Couldn't find him. Another mechanic told me he knew my car had been ready for quite awhile.
