Bomnin told me that a power steering pump replacement is 7 hrs and $1500. I declined service because that is BS. I drove back to NH without incident. It was not on. What car was Bomnin looking at? All in all, not pleased. I paid $77 for nothing except inaccurate info. More

Overfilled with oil on oil change. Showed service manager. He could see it was over filler. Took it back inside. Then came and got me and said its not over filled. Have to wait at leasy 15 minuters to get an accurate reading. So i made them leave it there as i sat in truck. 20 minutes later i pull dip stick and guess what STILL over filled. Had techs drain about one quart out using drain plug. Level was fine then. Makes me REALLY wonder if they changed the oil filter I paid to have changed (kinda doubt it BUT cant prove it). I wont be back unless uts an absolute emergency and i dont see how that would happen. You tech corrected the problem after i made them wait 15 minutes so that was good. But the service managet part of it was xxxxxxxx and so was the part of trying to convince me that it wasnt overfilled after starting that engine and checking the level at maybe at most 5 minutes. Not cool. At least I know enough aboyt my truck to call xxxxxxxx but a lot of people dont and thats what makes it dishonest when your establishment pulls that kind of xxxx. I dont want to have anything to do with a dishonest outfit. Cant teust them. Its a cancer and if you guys dont cut the cancer out it will kill you. Its got me not doung business with your outfit ever again. GOOD LUCK. More
