My truck went in on Wednesday for airbag replacement and to check on a noise. They said it needed a new starter and flywheel. Ask him about working out on Saturday and they said the tech is off on Saturday. They said it would be done Tuesday by noon and it wasn’t ready until 5:30 in the evening. Looking at the bill they overcharged me on the parts. They gave me a remanufactured starter instead of a new one but charged me for the price of a new one for $445. I will never bring my truck in for service there again. More

I didnt like that the sticker price was much different than the actual price. They charge a $1,200 fee that is not included in the sticker price, which they say was the cost of ensuring the vehicle was "g than the actual price.
