Mr Muhammad, my salesman was great. The experience I had separate from him was horrible though. One of the managers Joe or John was ride and needs to learn how to speak to customers. You’re in the business separate from him was horrible though. One of the managers Joe or John was ride and needs to learn how to speak to customers. You’re in the business to make money and you tell someone who has 47k dollar waiting for you that there’s nothing you can do. I came to see one of chevys flagship cars. A Camaro ss with the 1le package. Not a cheap crappy compact economy car. I drove all the way from northern maryland to see it. Almost a 2hr drive. If someone tells you they are driving 2hrs to see a car, it should signal in your head that they are serious about doing business with you. The car was great and dealing with Mr Muhammad was cool too. I haggled a little bit and he was able to get the price down to what I wanted. I shook his hand and told him we had a deal. Like I said I’m not from Virginia and where I got my approved financing from is all the way in Maryland. I started to sign some papers but told them that my credit union was closed so I told them I would be back with the check for the car. As soon as my credit union opens the next morning, I was there. I call up tue dealership and request a signed bill of sale with the most accurate numbers. One of the managers signed it and sent the bill of sale over to my loan officer. I noticed that it took them like 4 tries to send it over. I was at the bank for over an hour because they kept messing up the bill of sale. I don’t know if this was the point where they were trying to do some shady stuff and undercut me and sell the car to someone else but that was unprofessional. My loan officer eventually get the bill of sale and I sign it, and they cut me the check for the car. Remind you this isn’t a piece of shot car I’m buying. I’m spending almost $50k. I’m not asking for special treatment, but I for xxxx sure don’t want any shady xxxx either. I call Mr Muhammad and tell him I have the check for the car and I will be there on Sunday night (literally the next say) to come pick up the car and drop off the check. He told me that he would see me then and would have the car ready for me. The reason I couldn’t come at that point I’m time was because I had to work and wasn’t off til the next day. I get a text message at around 8pm Saturday evening. Not even a xxxx phone call. The message said that the car has been sold. I call the dealership to see what was going on. I can’t remember if it was John or Joe but they are one of the sales managers. I introduce myself, and ask him what’s going on. He tells me that the car has been sold to someone else. I asked him how was that possible, I signed the bill of sale and have a $47k check with your dealerships name on it. He continues to tell me that it was sold to someone else, the customer has driven off with the car, that the bill of sale that was signed was not worth the paper it was printed on, and that there’s nothing he can do for me. How can you say this to a customer?!?! He didn’t even want to help me find something else because I still wanted a car but when I asked him he said that there wasn’t anything he can do for me. That was the end of the conversation. The next day I get a call at around 11am from Mr Muhammad saying that there was a big mix up and that the car is still here and that it wasn’t sold to anyone else. Why am I having one person tell me one thing and another person tell something completely different. WHY IS A CAR THAT I HAVE SIGNED FOR STILL FOR SALE AND ON THE LOT?!?! I think that there wasn’t a big mix up and you all tried to sell the car from underneath me. That the other person backed out and now you guys were left with up a creek with no paddle. How can I buy a car that someone already “drove off with”. Either that means the manager lied to me That means the manager had lied because how is the car still there when the customer drove off with it and paid for it. I came to get the car but I won’t be doing business with y’all again. The funny thing is I have two other family members that need cars. I won’t be sending them to you all or any other Chevy dealership. I Usually buy my cars directly from people and this was my first dealership experience. It will be my last. I wasn’t even offered in form of compensation for how I was treated and spoken to. More

We had a great experience! We got the deal we needed for our trade and the new vehicle. Our salesman was extremely helpful, and he has continued to be so even after the sale. We would definitely recommend our trade and the new vehicle. Our salesman was extremely helpful, and he has continued to be so even after the sale. We would definitely recommend Bomnin! More
I was very pleased with the friendliness of the sales staff but feel like I got ripped off. I left the dealership parking lot and the steering wheel shook viciously at speeds over 30 miles per hour. T staff but feel like I got ripped off. I left the dealership parking lot and the steering wheel shook viciously at speeds over 30 miles per hour. There were times last evening where the car was shaking so bad that I couldn’t look in my mirrors accurately to change lanes. It felt as if the lug nuts weren’t tightened or the wheel studs had broken off and had been glued on. Never thought I’d be taking a brand new car (to me) straight to my repair man. I question the technicians training and experience at Bonnie Chevy Manassas. It’s currently 5:45 eastern on Friday, February 11th 2022. I’m awaiting an estimate from my shop for the repairs. I do have much respect for Bomnin at this time and will be sure to leave a detailed review on Google. More
