Customer service was great. Sales guy Dennis was low pressure and cool with me. I do think disclosing all about vehicle would have been nice car fax said no accidents but there is evidence of "fender be pressure and cool with me. That whole side is dead to the touch lock feature that comes with the vehicle. Purchased warranty so will be using it if Ford does not cover the repair. More
