Dropped the car off Thursday and did hear from anyone. Called on Tuesday to see the car had been checked out and the service had no clue about the status of the vehicle. Wednesday we were contacted to let Called on Tuesday to see the car had been checked out and the service had no clue about the status of the vehicle. Wednesday we were contacted to let us know what was wrong with the vehicle. Called the dealership to let them know we were coming to pick up the vehicle. We showed up and the keys was not at the service desk. Had to edit around 30 minutes before we could pay and leave. It took almost a week for the diagnosis. The service department was apologetic.
