I have purchased several Chevys over the past 10 years at multiple Chevrolet dealerships in Virginia. This is by far the worst experience at a dealership that I have ever had. Once we decided to purchase multiple Chevrolet dealerships in Virginia. This is by far the worst experience at a dealership that I have ever had. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, the salesman got the paperwork started and turned it over to the finance department who then came out for a brief second and said it would take approximately 40 minutes to load the documents for us to sign electronically. After an hour and both the salesman and the financial guy disappeared for that long, I went back to the financial office myself to see how much longer the wait would be. I found both the salesman and the financial guy just chatting away with each other just to find out the documents had been ready to sign for some time. They had no respect for my time nor care about making a good impression to try to get a return customer. If I could give this dealership a negative rating, I would. I didn’t need to finance through the dealership and once they found this out, they acted very disrespectful to me. I would not recommend this dealership at all and will not return!! More

Dropped the car off Thursday and did hear from anyone. Called on Tuesday to see the car had been checked out and the service had no clue about the status of the vehicle. Wednesday we were contacted to let us know what was wrong with the vehicle. Called the dealership to let them know we were coming to pick up the vehicle. We showed up and the keys was not at the service desk. Had to edit around 30 minutes before we could pay and leave. It took almost a week for the diagnosis. The service department was apologetic.
