I came in for an oil change & inspection. My inspection was still good for another 2 weeks: but i figured i'd go ahead & get it done anyway. Upon completion, I get to the service desk & im informed that $7 was still good for another 2 weeks: but i figured i'd go ahead & get it done anyway. Upon completion, I get to the service desk & im informed that $70 wipers were put on my car in order for it to pass inspection. There is an auto parts store a mile away who sold wipers for $20 a PAIR. I sat in the airing room the entire time & waited for my car & at no point did anyone come to tell me that my car needed wipers or ask me if I wanted them to put $70 wipers on my car, but I had to pay for it. The best solution they had was to take $25 off of my fee for the wipers, which did not even cover the cost of 1. Definitely won't be back to this service center. Albert, who came up with this solution, i'm assuming did the best he could. But it just made me feel like this is something that they do to force people to spend more money. I did not have to have the inspection done that day & could've gone & got my own wipers, but they knew that. Like I said, I won't be returning here again. More

Contacted service department and the next morning my car was in the shop. Fast overnight response, professional mechanic Eduardo Baranda found it was not just the light bulb but also the wiring harness, and was in the shop.
