I dropped my car off for state inspection The staff asked the time that I needed it which I said noon and it was ready when I went to pick it up. The staff was very friendly and informative. I was excited they were kind enough to not only run it through the wash like I asked, but they also vacuumed out my car and cleaned the interior for me! I was even more excited when they told me that my inspection would be free since I bought the car there.I’m looking forward to my next service! More

One of the worst experiences I have had at this dealership. Made an appointment for routine maintenance to be completed, only to find out that my appointment time was changed to an hour later in t dealership. Made an appointment for routine maintenance to be completed, only to find out that my appointment time was changed to an hour later in their system. No one mentioned this at check in or while I was waiting for the vehicle. Apparently it's common practice to double book appointments here. On another note, the system monitoring was not updated after the work was complete (i.e. the oil life was not reset when the oil was changed, or the tire monitoring system does not show the correct position for the sensors). I would not recommend this dealership for service due to not valuing customers times, nor complete work that they were paid to do. More
