The dealership has a website that advertised the car at $89,000 and said you won’t pay a penny more, price guaranteed but when I showed up they added $25,000 to the MSRP. That is ok if you want to do that but very misleading. Also, the people were very nice and professional but the whole process was very slow and inefficient. I had to wait around for almost 2 hours just to buy the car, once I agreed to buy it. Once again I want to emphasize that the people were very nice and friendly, but the experience was not ideal. Unhappy with communication. Frustrated that the issue with my car was supposedly due to maintenance that had not been performed. I have been getting my car maintenance at Bomnin and the carbon buildup wa with my car was supposedly due to maintenance that had not been performed. Frustrating when 6 weeks after routine oil change etc I’m back in there for something that should have been taken care of. Also, the cashier at checkout seemed to have an attitude and that is not the first time I have experienced that. I will be taking my maintainer elsewhere. More
