Purchasing the car was great and Frankie was amazing!! However, not particularly happy with the Body shops quality of work as our experience was very disappointing. Went in for new emblems & they ripp However, not particularly happy with the Body shops quality of work as our experience was very disappointing. Went in for new emblems & they ripped paint off tailgate, scratched car in several places, knicked my front bumper during the time my car was in their care. A brand new car (less than 3 weeks since purchase) had to be repaired (repainted and they broke plastics piece inside tailgate) due to lack of care while in their body shop. Yes, they fixed most but the third time I came to pick up (15 days later mind you) I ended up taking car back and will have the additional scratches repaired at Warrenton Chevy shortly. Very disappointing. This was all because I switched out emblems which I was told would be quick and easy. Sigh. More
