The dealership has a website that advertised the car at $89,000 and said you won’t pay a penny more, price guaranteed but when I showed up they added $25,000 to the MSRP. That is ok if you want to do that but very misleading. Also, the people were very nice and professional but the whole process was very slow and inefficient. I had to wait around for almost 2 hours just to buy the car, once I agreed to buy it. Once again I want to emphasize that the people were very nice and friendly, but the experience was not ideal. Unhappy with communication. Frustrated that the issue with my car was supposedly due to maintenance that had not been performed. I have been getting my car maintenance at Bomnin and the carbon buildup wa with my car was supposedly due to maintenance that had not been performed. I have been getting my car maintenance at Bomnin and the carbon buildup was never mentioned before nor was the need to have it taken care of. Frustrating when 6 weeks after routine oil change etc I’m back in there for something that should have been taken care of. Also, the cashier at checkout seemed to have an attitude and that is not the first time I have experienced that. I will be taking my maintainer elsewhere. More

Brought truck in for wheel balancing, alignment and oil change. I reported slight wobble in steering wheel when I checked in. Left with worse shake at high speed than I brought it in with. Took it to independent shop two days later, turns out dealer doesn't road force balance or doesn't know how to correctly. Independent shop fixed the issue on first try and told me the engine filter was never changed either! ...even though I had paid for it at the dealer. Never going back to this dealer. I'm even skeptical now if they even changed the oil and did the alignment. What rip off waste of my time. More
