This place was the most unorganized dealership I have ever worked with. I drove 5 hours one wylay for a vehicle, bank check in hand. There was damage to the vehicle that was left out of the description, to include a gash in the back seat, even after I called and was assured there was "no damage and was very clean". Their "detailing" center was a joke. The adhesive used to put the vehicle information sheet in the window had to be removed with goo gone and a razor blade. They also had the slowest service I have ever had. Then, when we were finally ready to leave, they still hadn't put fuel in it. The employee actually lost the gas card in the parking lot, and then lied and said they forgot it. I know they dropped it because I'm the one that found it. There were a few employees that seemed to have it together a little better than others, but overall would NOT recommend. More

Iyan was great. The finance manager was just as great. The sales manager was good until he passed my deal to a manager “above him” (I think it was the GM. We’ll call him the GM). First of all he never once came to greet me while dealing with my deal. Not a biggie. But when Iyan walked over to his office to see if he can do something more for my deal, I followed Iyan so I could explain my situation; directly from customer to decision maker (GM). Once we got to the GM’s office I stood at the door to not disturb his area and he didn’t even look up. Even as Iyan was explaining my situation, the GM didn’t even look up or say a word to Iyan or me. He was working on some window stickers on his desk. After about 3 minutes of awkward silence, the GM looked up at me and said “is someone helping you?” It was quite obvious that I was there with Iyan. I said “yes I’m working with Iyan.”After ANOTHER 3 minutes of awkward silence he then stood up and walked right passed me out of his office not saying a word to me or even his employee Iyan. I understand the frustration. I was maybe requesting too much. However if I put myself in his position I don’t think I would treat a customer like that. Maybe he was just having a bad day. But this is a review so I’m writing about my experience. I’ll still give this review 5 stars because me leaving with my unsatisfied purchase was no ones fault but the manger who would not give me a second of his time. More

I was quoted 400.00 for a job that was worth a lot less.
