Overall a great experience. We knew the truck we wanted , I called and thank you Ian, he set me up with Parker for a 9 am appt next day. Thank you Parker for all your help!!Got out of there about 1230. One disappointment was at the Cashier. My husband's check was denied and she literally gave me a sticky with a phone number to call. My husband wasn't with me, so I called him to call the Bank. Cashier never thought outside the box, never offered options, or really even cared to help. I'm standing at the cashier on line, people all behind me, I don't know what is going on as we called the night before and I was told bring a copy of his driver's license and I also called the bank to see if any limits, so I was good to go- I tried to cover all my bases ahead if time. I have the registration about to walk out and this happens--she just had no options-It's veterans day so the banks are closed. My husband sends me a screenshot of his balance which is clearly above the amount of the check, I'm trying to show her that there is an actual problem here--- the answer isn't just no. Turns out TD bank was not getting her request for the money. My husband put me and bank on speaker for the cashier they are saying we do not have your request from Chevy. By this time Ahmed was called over, thank you Ahmed you are fantastic-- The bank girl on phone suggests using the debit card over the phone! Wow if we knew that was a possibility we would have saved 40 minutes and all the stress. More
