I have so much to say, but I'm going to keep it brief and to the point. I had an appointment with my Sale rep Guy at Bomnin, but I decide to stop to other dealer's to see what kind of deals they had offer bu to the point. I had an appointment with my Sale rep Guy at Bomnin, but I decide to stop to other dealer's to see what kind of deals they had offer but they were bait and switch, so I had no trust on any dealer and I asked Bomnin to deal with me on phone and gave hard time to my sale rep, but they worked with me and even mail all paperwork to my house, before I go to take delivery from dealership. Thank you guys for your great customer service and providing so much value. More
It was OK. I was extremely unhappy I had to bring the vehicle back the same night because someone made a mistake and didn't perform a recall on the vehicle. I made two extra 1 hour round trips to take vehicle back the same night because someone made a mistake and didn't perform a recall on the vehicle. I made two extra 1 hour round trips to take care of a mistake they made. AND they took my card to charge me if I brought the loaner back with not a full tank of gas. They should have compensated me for their error, not the other way around. The salesman texted me Monday after I called the dealership to ask the status of my car, like I shouldn't have done that. He was working on my onstar when I left on Monday and he said he would let me know when I could set up in my car. It's now Friday and I have not heard from him. I was preapproved by Apple but the dealership needed to put aPO in with apple. I gave him the contact info like apple told me. He was still waiting for a check yesterday. My apple rep is calling them today to take care of it. I am really not happy with the unprofessionalism in those two cases. The sales manager Alex? when I came back was the most helpful and seemed to care the most. Once Paul made the sale I felt like I was a pain in the rear to him. More

Generally okay - the sales rep was great although the financing manager (we didn't get financing, still had to talk to this guy) was awful and kept trying to foist packages on us we didn't want. My experience with Bomnin is bad. Salesman Luke persuaded me to pay $895 for processing fee, making me think that I would get my new license plate and vehicle title faster than I did myself. In fact, I realized that when I have an appointment with DMV on 11/25, I hade to wait for Bomnin to send me these items instead that I can have them from DMV there. I made a second car key in accord with Alexander Sanchez’s written permission (WE OWE) and Luke’s texting, and Luke received my invoices eight days ago; but I have not yet received my reimbursement. NOT HAPPY AT ALL! Plus, while driving newly bought car home, the monitor indicated that two front tires were 40 & 41, and the rear ones 40& 34. The correct pressure should be 44 (front), and 47 (rear). Obviously, the service man did not do his job. More
