Parker, Dennis, and Ryan made buying my 2500 a great experience. I went to two other Chevy dealers before Bomnin and one was such an awful experience that I was planning on buying an F-250 since I have experience. I went to two other Chevy dealers before Bomnin and one was such an awful experience that I was planning on buying an F-250 since I have had experience with Fords before. This was the first diesel truck that I have purchased and Parker was extremely patient answering all my questions and even double checking to make sure he was giving the correct information. Because I purchased this truck to haul my horses, I am extremely grateful that he went above and beyond answering all my questions so that I knew I was making a smart and safe decision with my vehicle choice. Ryan, in the finance department, was great as well. At another dealership I had actually gotten to the finance department before walking out because they would not give me straight answers and made me feel stupid for asking things like what the interest rate was. Ryan was friendly and patient answering all my questions and walking me through the different add-on options and showing me the different cost breakdowns. He made me feel comfortable asking questions and never once made me feel like I was being pressured into buying something I wasn’t sure of. A very good friend came with me as moral support and she was so impressed with everyone and the experience at Bomnin that she plans on coming here when it’s time to replace her truck.
