When I purchased my 2020 Tahoe, I was concerned about flat spots on my tires since it sat for long in one spot (something ate a piece of trim that had to be replaced) - I was told that I could bring it i flat spots on my tires since it sat for long in one spot (something ate a piece of trim that had to be replaced) - I was told that I could bring it in for an alignment before 7500 miles. I scheduled my oil change and alignment at approximately 5k miles. I was told that it would take about 2 hours to complete everything, so I left to get lunch. I dropped it off at 11 and came back shortly before 2- was just getting oil changed, I asked about the alignment and they said they didn't do it because they drove it and it didn't need it. I asked if they had actually put it on the machine and they said NO. Finally got them to do it and guess what- my steering wheel is STILL crooked. Complete waste of a day. More
