I’m surprised to see so many stars. I personally had a very disappointing experience with purchasing a new vehicle. The sales person gave me a test vehicle with features that were missing in the vehicle t very disappointing experience with purchasing a new vehicle. The sales person gave me a test vehicle with features that were missing in the vehicle that I actually purchased. The actual vehicle was not on the parking lot, even though it was advertised on their website. They have another dealership in Florida and ship vehicles to Virginia, so it’s impossible to test-drive the car that you actually purchase. The website description is extremely poor and confusing. The cherry on top is that the brand new car came with under inflated and out of balance tires. When I brought these issues to the management I was told that there is nothing they can do, since I already bought the car and it’s been almost a month since I had bought it. That’s keeping in mind that it took two weeks to deliver it and I took me time to actually get to know the car. More
