The discount was very goo. The sale rep, Faruk was very helpful. He really dig in to the inventory to get what we wanted. He showed up first with a Colorado. We drove tested it and was convinced that that was the SUV we needed. We set up an appointment we our sale rep upon seeing the ad that kept in popping up on my iPhone when I’m playing with it. We where looking at either a truck or midsize SUV. We where comparing the Toyota brand or the Chevy brand. Both truck and SUV. Something we can afford since I am retiring on August firist. The Traverse was priced low enough and big enough when we have grandkids. Thank yiu for the ad and a great sales rep and also the guy from finance, which i forgot the name. More

Used SUV Sales - 2019 Ford Expedition LTD MAX Total purchasing experience was pretty nominal. Took an entire day for the whole process because of my 2.5 hr drive to the dealership. Overall a good experience.I was in and out in about 6 hours .However I was disappointed you chose to sell me a 2017 vehichle with bald tires brought this to salesman attention and he said there was nothi hours .However I was disappointed you chose to sell me a 2017 vehichle with bald tires brought this to salesman attention and he said there was nothing that could be done . I did insist on a 500 dollar reduction in price but I see it as a ethical issue , the car was inspected by your team on 4-21-20 , inspections are overseen by the state police .I drove the car 2 weeks and rained several time which tires were very splashy so I didn’t feel comfortable so I replaced them 620 dollars later.Dont think I should have had to purchase tires 2 weeks after purchase of car!I also received a adverse action letter in mail I’ve tried multiple times to contact someone on the number provided on letter no return call was received .I also tried to contact your finance guy twice 2 times and left message with no return call . I would like to find out what letter was about ,I have also received anything from Langley Federal Credit Union about upcoming first car payment . Don’t even know where to send payment yet. I need a responce from you regarding this letter More

After looking at several cars online and locally. I found Muhammad that was a great help. I wanted car delivered but he suggested taking a drive to come see it with a rental.
