From the moment my wife and I walked into the dealership, Mr. Frankie was absolutely one of the best presenters / salesman I've ever encountered. We had spoken to and emailed the dealership for several days. We drove an hour to their location after they gave their word the vehicle we were planning to purchase would be set aside until we arrived late days. We drove an hour to their location after they gave their word the vehicle we were planning to purchase would be set aside until we arrived later that day. Given the COVID pandemic, we wanted to ensure we were taking precautions to do business with what we assumed was a trustworthy dealer. We arrived 30 mins prior to our scheduled appointment. While we were waiting for the salesperson we had been dealing with, the dealership sold the vehicle that we were told had been pulled off the lot while we drove to the location. They then had the audacity to attempt to sell us a used vehicle at a higher price that was not close to what we were looking to purchase. After being a lifelong and loyal GM owner (I have owned Chevy, GMC, Saturn, and Oldsmobile), this dealership has ended that relationship. Bait and switch and dishonest at its definition. It’s experiences such as this that give salesmen bad reputations. Not only did they deceive us, but they unnecessarily put us and others at risk. More
