I brought my 2018 Chevy Traverse in for assistance with a shift issue that was getting progressively worse. I previously had the same issue diagnosed at the Leesburg location and their resolution proved to shift issue that was getting progressively worse. I previously had the same issue diagnosed at the Leesburg location and their resolution proved to only be temporary(i.e., replace jumper harness). When I brought it back, a few months later, they said that I needed a new shifter and that it was now out of warranty. Out of frustration and distrust, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I then spoke to Albert Sanchez at Bomnin Chevy where I bought the car and explained my situation. He aknowledged my frustration and agreed to seek an immediate solution. Albert then took the initiative to communicate my case to GM in hopes of receiving a reduction and/or participation in the cost to perform the repair. He also arranged for a loaner car while my car was worked on. Later that day he called to inform me that the repair was completed and that GM agreed to share a portion of the cost. I was so impressed by Albert’s professionalism and desire to provide exceptional customer service. He is to be commended for his effort. Needless to say, Bomnin Chevy will be where I have my car serviced going forward. More

Muhammad was great to work with and would absolute recommend him to friends and family. Even though I was frustrated (and probably very difficult to deal with) Muhammad and the sales management team made the negotiations short and easy and had me in my new Suburban in two trips. One thing I’d really like to say about Muhammad is how he didn’t approach the sale with the usual tactics and phrases I heard at all the other dealerships. I’m a sales professional myself and get instantly annoyed when I hear the same high pressure sales tactics over and over again. One of the reasons I chose to buy was Muhammad himself. No pressure, to the point, and clear honest communication. He made the experience enjoyable and definitely earned my respect as a sales professional I can trust and I know he would treat anyone I would recommend Bomnin to the same way. More
