Jason never disappoints with his work ethic and really know what needs to be done with cars that need repair. He is easy to deal with, set up appointments and hold to them. The sales gentleman who sold me my new 2019 Colorado, Farooq, was AWESOME. Very laid back, non pushy, and straight to the point. Negotiations were not drawn out and I appreciated his level of service. The Sales Manager was equally as pleasant. However, the Finance Manager, Ryan Canute, was not. He was "charmingly" pleasant to deal with when he sold me an extended warranty, but after I left I contacted him to cancel the extended warranty purchase. I also sent him an email to make record. He did not respond..I sent a second email a week later, this time CCing the Sales Manager. He responded immediately, but stated it was too late since the loan had already been funded (even though the extended warranty won't even be in effect for at least 36,000 more miles). He then proceeded to dodge my questions or play semantics via email. I do not appreciate that kind of after-the-sale relationship and I would be very wary of proceeding into any contractual proceedings with Mr. Canute as the executor of the dealership. He is only professional when he is working towards the commission. Which is unfortunate because everyone else at this dealership was extremely great to work with, likely the best experience in car buying I've had, barring this last part. *Conveniently he is not showing up as someone I can rate on this review.
