He verified my appointment time, kept me informed, got me a loaner car while mine was in service and I unexpectedly had to respond to work on a holiday verified my appointment time, kept me informed, got me a loaner car while mine was in service and I unexpectedly had to respond to work on a holiday for a crisis overseas, he gave me confidence when I excepted the loaner vehicle, and he made me feel confident in the technicians based on his communication.
