Easy Process! Farooq was awesome!! I am from Pittsburgh and was shopping online through the Capital One Navigator. I kept getting the run around at a local Dealership due to credit. The I am from Pittsburgh and was shopping online through the Capital One Navigator. I kept getting the run around at a local Dealership due to credit. They never submitted a hard pull to Capital One as I requested since I was prequalified. I was treated like a 3rd class citizen as my credit score was on the lower end. Well their lose us Bomnin’s gain! I expanded my search and found Bomnin could get me in a new vehicle for way less than any other dealership in Pittsburgh, I called and spoke to Farooq at the dealership. I told him about my experience. He immediately spoke to Ryan in finance and got the ball rolling. They made the process so easy. I drove 4 hours to get the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership the vehicle was washed and ready as I pulled up. Ryan had us in his office signing documents and we drove away. I have to say this was the easiest car buying experience I ever had in my life. Not to mention the prices on vehicles are significantly cheaper than any new vehicle in Pittsburgh!! I first made contact with them using my bank's online car buying service. I immediately received an email from them offering their assistance. I worked with Sam during my whole shopping experienice. He kept in touch with me when I needed him and when I finally met him at the dealership, I remember his friendly smile and demeanor. He answered most of our questions and if he didn't know the answer right away, he answered it later. After a whole day of visiting dealerships, Sam and his manager were able to work on a price that I had asked for and so we went back to finalize our purchase. Then when they called me second time they said their “most experienced transmission guy” was out until following Tuesday. When they finally called back they had the nerve to tell me the vibration was coming from my aftermarket exhaust!!
