Secondly, the inspector had a list of several things he failed our box truck for. We took the truck for a second option and there were only 2 things that caused it to fail not 6. Furthermore, the truck did not come with clearance lights when we bought it from you in 2012 and had never failed for that in all these years. If that was required, Chevrolet would have included it as it would be a safety issue. Furthermore, there is nothing wrong with the seatbelt. We have been using your company/location for repairs for many years but will most likely not return again. More

Like the car not the service We arrived at Bromnin around 2:00pm on a Saturday expecting to get to test drive and make a decision from there. The car we wanted to test drive was b We arrived at Bromnin around 2:00pm on a Saturday expecting to get to test drive and make a decision from there. The car we wanted to test drive was buried in a line of cars. So to start, the salesman made us feel a bit guilty about test driving and asked us if there was any reason we wouldn’t buy the car before he goes through all the trouble of moving everything. Then we didn’t get to test drive until almost 4:30. We decided to buy but had a hard stop at 6:30 as we had plans. The salesman promised us he’d have us out by 6:30 yet at 6:30 nothing had changed. At this point they had already taken my plates off of my old car and taken the keys so we couldn’t have left even if we wanted to walk away. We didn’t end up getting out of there until 7:45 which made us 2 hours late for our plans. No one was particular friendly and everyone made us feel like the biggest inconvenience. The one positive is that we got a great deal on our car. More
