Super Easy, no haste process I went in looking for a new small car for my daughter. I was approached by Charlie who was very laid back and easy to talk to. Was going well until paperwork. The good: 1) Quickly greeted by Muhammad and he quickly answered a few questions and got us on our test drive. 2) Muhammad was friendly and got us a The good: 1) Quickly greeted by Muhammad and he quickly answered a few questions and got us on our test drive. 2) Muhammad was friendly and got us a detailed price quickly - I was planning on trying to negotiate but since he was so quick and accurate with the fees, etc, we just agreed to the deal right away. 3) the van was very clean and well presented 4) fees were accurate and precise - no extra fees added that were not disclosed up front The bad: After agreeing to the deal (and paying cash at that) and telling Muhammad we were in a hurry due to having our 4 kids with us and being in town to visit family, he left to get us the paperwork. That's when everything went downhill. He was gone for at least 30 minutes, without any expectation on how long this should take. When he returned with Julio, we found out the paperwork process was just beginning (we thought it was being done and we would just be signing on his return). Then, very rudely, Julio kept interrupting me to just keep telling me how busy he was and for me to stop complaining so we could get the process started. From that point on, Julio was very short and any questions I asked, he said I'd have to talk to Muhammad. Julio never once apologized for the inconvenience and I believe he thought we should be grateful we weren't there longer. Muhammad later apologized for Julio's actions and I did appreciate that. I believe Muhammad did all he could to speed up the process, but he should have kept our expectations in line and let us know nothing was being done during the long time he was gone from us. More
