Oil change, tire rotation My appointment was at 11 am and I waited for the service. They called and told me it was delayed by 20 mins. They told me I was the only oil change. I waited until 12:45 pm when I finally went to check on the status. When I went to get in the vehicle I thought at least it would have been run through the car wash, but i wasnt.
