We talked on the phone several times and information was always provided whether to my parents or me. Because I work many hours a day, my mother assisted me with the process. She, too, was impressed with the kindness and professionalism Roberto provided to her. Easy, fast, polite I went to this dealer with no intention of buying a Camaro but went I walked in, i was instantly helped. We went through the options and possible financing. I showed Carlos the car I wanted, it didn't seem like the car was in stock but he was kind enough to go check. And as it turns out, the car was in stock which made my day! So he showed me the car and I instantly fell in love with it. We talked financing and I ended up deciding to buy it. We went through the whole process and I ended up leaving with my new camaro! Excellent staff! Great job! More

Only out for a commission, not for the guest! Originally things seemed to have been going well. I wanted to buy a car, they wanted to sell a car. Well, that's all they cared about. What was most important to me was to get a certified preowned car, not just used. I saw this car online and due to it being CPO, Before I bought or dove it, I asked about any issues with the car, anything at all. I was told, the car was "perfect" by Eddie the sales guy. When I finally got the car in daylight I noticed there was indeed damage to the bottom front. The front seats filthy. So the "perfect" car, not so perfect. Well, after a few attempts contact them I never heard from him again. Hence this terrible review. This is text book used car salesman stories. There were other inconsistencies to this story but I waited to wait and give the benefit of the doubt. However, it's now been weeks, so all i can do is leave this review. More
