Even though they said it would be replaced at no charge it would have been nice to know that during the test drive. So after a week it was ready for pick up I get it back with a under a quarter tank of gas and I live over 50 miles away. But I do appreciate the rental they gave me at no charge More

Below average experience with no customer service Staff is not well trained about customer service, the car specifications (at least for the one I bought) and the buying process. I bought a used car, Staff is not well trained about customer service, the car specifications (at least for the one I bought) and the buying process. I bought a used car, dealt with a very inexperienced car seller, have been left alone several times during the transaction without further information or notice why, and felt not welcomed or treated in the right manner as a valued customer at all (e.g. no coffee, water, ...). The transaction with Finance was ok, very impersonal, but at least efficient and I received some input about the process itself. (the documents I signed and on state requirements). Given the fact, I spent a good amount of money, the overall experience was poorly. More
