Awesome dealership and staff!!!! I came to the Bomnin Chevrolet dealership for my first oil change and tire rotation on my 2017 Chevy Silverado. I dropped off my vehicle in the mornin I came to the Bomnin Chevrolet dealership for my first oil change and tire rotation on my 2017 Chevy Silverado. I dropped off my vehicle in the morning where the service advisor Barbara helped me get all set up. She was extremely professional and pleasant, after showing me to the complimentary coffee bar, Michael was outside within a few minutes to give me a shuttle ride to my work. He was also extremely pleasant and I enjoyed our conversation. Later that day, Barbara called to let me know my truck was all ready and that Derrick will be picking me up whenever I was ready to go. Upon picking up my truck the service team including Adam, Bill and Rob the service manager were so friendly. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone thinking about having their vehicle serviced or to buy a new or used vehicle. More

Outstanding service We have been with your dealership since Saturn of Manassas closed, servicing all 4 of our Saturns. I have dealt with Bill Case for most of that time. We have been with your dealership since Saturn of Manassas closed, servicing all 4 of our Saturns. I have dealt with Bill Case for most of that time. I get straight and knowledgeable talk every time I come out from Annandale. Service is always prompt and fairly priced. That is why we got 300,000 miles on one of our Saturns, and over 200,000 miles to date on this 2006 Saturn ION. I’ll be back in December to get that car painted. Keep up your great work! More

From the moment I purchased my Chevy Cruze, I have always used a Chevrolet dealership for service to my vehicle because I've felt secure with quality From the moment I purchased my Chevy Cruze, I have always used a Chevrolet dealership for service to my vehicle because I've felt secure with quality customer service and technician service. If I could've given a 0 rating that would aptly rate my experience at this dealership's service center. 1. Beginning the moment I walked through the door for my scheduled oil change and not one of the 3 advisors sitting behind the desk bothered to offer assistance or asked if they could help me. I've never felt more invisible in my life than at the moment when two of them looked up from their computer screen and quickly looked away as if I were a bother. 2. My oil change was scheduled to take no more than 45 minutes but somehow because of the inefficient communication between technician and advisor I was left sitting in the lobby for what turned into a 2 hour SCHEDULED oil change. Again, another cloak of invisibility. 3. When I finally got my car I noticed that the technician had taken my tires's air pressure down to 30psi. When I questioned why air was removed from my tires he stated that he was following the requirements of the car which is incorrect as shown on the door panel to be a psi of 35 on all 4 tires. He then proceeded to explain that I would never get it to read at exactly 35psi anyway completely missing the point that he had removed air from my tires in attempt to set it at what he assumed to be the requires psi. His logic was also untrue as when I arrived to the dealership, all 4 tires were set properly at 35psi since I had just bought 4 new tires days prior to my oil change. Needless to say this was definetely this most unprofessional and ill-informed Chevy service department I've visited. I will not return. More

Frankie Teos I found and researched a vehicle i wanted. I was put off by the 1st salesman. He did not answer my questions. He did not seem to listen to me. He just kept saying the dealership did everything they were supposed to. Everything was fine. I almost gave up on the vehicle because i was upset with the whole encounter. He didn't even tey to find out what kind of deal i needed. Things were non negotiable and that was just how it was. I really wanted that vehicle though and i did not want to give up on it. I wouldn't even have given it a thought to recommend your dealership until Frankie Teos helped me. He let me do what I needed to in order to feel good about my purchase. He conversed with me to find out why i needed the vehicle and answered all my questions. He listened to what i felt I could afford and he worked with me on that. I really appreciated his explaining everything to me so i understood the charges and reasoning. After Frankie, Austin was just as helpful. He asked what i wanted and made a couple suggestions of how I might want to package my warrantees to cover my needs. He found a loan at a much lower rate for me. I appreciate professionals that treat you as a person and get to know your wants to fit you with what you can afford. I am more likely to recommend this dealership-specifically Frankie and Austin. More
