WOW!! I have been absolutely blown away by every employee that helped me along the way. As this was my first car buying experience, they were very helpful, and pointed me in the right direction and helped me get into a brand new 2018 Cruze. There was an Internet price which had terms and conditions, some of which I didn't apply for, but they helped me get the best deal possible! (highly rated customer service!) They were fantastic for my first car buying experience! After the process I spoke with Austin about extended warranty, and financing, and helped calm me down with his light-hearted humor, and overall great attitude. Very straight forward, no gimmicks, with a few jokes to lighten the mood! Finally I spoke with Rosa as I was checking out at the reception area, and she was just the nicest! She was very professional and just chatted for a few, while I sorted out some banking issues! Overall, the level of customer service, willing to strive for customer satisfaction, professionalism, and help that I have experienced, has made my car buying experience a very memorable moment! Took my car in they didn't fix it. Didn't seem to care that Alarm keep coming in instructing me to shit in to park . I already did that and car would not shut off. I told the service advisor that you just need Alarm keep coming in instructing me to shit in to park . I already did that and car would not shut off. I told the service advisor that you just need to click the locking mechanism on shifter know and condition clears. He grabbed the shifter know and violently pulled and pushed the lever. They told me there was no alarms in the computer so they could not fix the problem. I Google the problem and it says it's a switch on the shifter know or a software problem. I'm sure after the warranty expires it will do it again. The service advisor didn't understand the difference between clicking the locking button on the shifter and ripping the shifting mechanism off the mounts. . They plugged my car into charge but didn't tell the car to start charging. A for effort F for job knowlage. Then the idiots somehow lost my car keys. I guess the owner of the dealership changes but the same lack Whitt still work in the service department. More

I went back the same day i purchased the vechicle because i thought it was stalling then the manager said it just needs a adjustment . my sales rep told me otherwise. They sales rep was nice he needs more training. I came back and just got the run around i have a brand new car and im not to happy. They left a sour taste in my mouth i have buyers regret and i would never recommend getting a car from you all to anyone . i came in and brought a car and i get poor customer service management just ran away from the issues i came in upset and left upset beyond disappointing.
