Our salesman Ahmed was very rude, couldn’t make small talk, seemed as if he was angry at us because we couldn’t afford the car we wanted. At one point he stated he was wasting his time. Carmax had offered me a fair amount for my vehicle and when I brought it up, some man named Jeff or Joe came out to low ball me an offer and pretty much was demeaning to my girlfriend and I. I’m not sure if they were being discriminatory because we were a interracial lesbian couple or if that’s just how they sell cars there ? Other than those two men who didn’t make me feel comfortable in buying a vehicle, the rest of the experience went well. The finance guy John was phenomenal, he was very helpful when it came to talking prices and in general giving me some great advice towards fixing my credit. The general manager, Will I think, was very kind and came out to shake my hand. He seemed he had the customers best interest at heart and honestly if it wasn’t for him or John in finance I would’ve given this dealership at 1 star. More
