My rapport was instant with Charlie as he was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Because of his technician background, the test drive became a technical discussion about the car specifications and performance. It helped me narrow down the car choice as the right one for my daughter's car. When it came down to the Carfax and pricing, given Charlie's newest to the salesforce, he referred me up the chain to Cory. He was very easy to work with and made this a really pleasant experience. He was helpful and there was no feeling of being "pressured". After getting more information and stopping by a second time for a test drive with Charlie, we decided to go forward. On a third visit we discussed trade-in and financing. They were able to meet what I wanted for the trade in and also beat the financing I already had from my credit union. Overall this was a very good experience and I would be a return customer to the dealership and would work with Charlie again. (especially for that truck we also looked at) :-) Thanks! Awesome Experience Manassas Chevrolet had a large inventory of Chevy Bolt EVs. I called Ed Dennington on Friday and made an appointment for Sunday at noon to test driv Manassas Chevrolet had a large inventory of Chevy Bolt EVs. I called Ed Dennington on Friday and made an appointment for Sunday at noon to test drive and look at 2 specific Bolt EV Premiers that they had in stock. We drove up from western North Carolina and arrived early and both cars were sitting out front ready for us to check out. We talked for 10-15 minutes prior to taking one of the cars out for a test drive. Once we got in the car he had me start it up and took me through many on the display features on the center screen before we took a drive. He took us on a route which contained about all the different road conditions that one would encounter in everyday driving. The test drive lasted anywhere from 25 to 30 minutes. All the while Ed was talking about numerous features that the car was equipped with. Knowing we were from North Carolina he had all the paperwork ready regarding title, taxes and tags as it relateded to North Carolina. He also contacted a transportation company to get a quote to have the car transported to my home. The transporter picked the car up the next day and delivered it 2 days early and in good shape. Sales paperwork was prepared and completed in a timely manner. More
