Waited long time just for a oil change Over 3 week to schedule an appointment just for oil change. At the beginner I understood since it was the week of July4th. Every time I called, customer service representative will tell me to bring a car but he couldn’t give me a “time”. So on Friday, I took a day of from work. I arrive to the service department around 715am. He said it will be couple hours. Around 10am, I went to the desk and I asked how long more I will have to wait. He said maybe around 1pm will be really. I was this place for over 3 hours for this. I decided to take a Uber home. And come back later on. In a future, I will drive to Chantilly or Warrenton to get my oil change. More

Very pleased I really needed to get this whining noise checked out as I needed to get to Newport News to see my brother who is dying of cancer. I called in after b I really needed to get this whining noise checked out as I needed to get to Newport News to see my brother who is dying of cancer. I called in after being turned away by two other mechanics and I received professional customer service and they gave me peace of mind that they would assist me. The other two mechanics stated it doesn’t have an engine light they couldn’t do the work. Needless to say the service team at Bomnin came to my rescue. They even gave me a loaner. I will never go anywhere else! Thank you guys so much. The mechanic there is a real mechanic and not one who can only do the work if engine light is on and the reading tells them what is wrong.
