This dealership took 9. 5 hours to sell me a vehicle!! The entire team at Bomnin Chevrolet needs to be trained in sales, communication, and phone etiquette. I knew which vehi 5 hours to sell me a vehicle!! The entire team at Bomnin Chevrolet needs to be trained in sales, communication, and phone etiquette. I knew which vehicle I wanted, provided a cashiers check and did not finance through them. I have no clue what was done to the vehicle in their service department and still do not know what the $1200 Bomnin Care includes. I asked several times about both and no one could tell me anything other than an inspection/ oil change was done and the $1200 was for a second key and wheel locks. (Which i asked several times to not be added as I’m not a fan of wheel locks) At one point a sales person joked I should “clock in” I’d been there so long. The entire experience was ridiculous. More
