I have literally gone to 3 different Chevy Dealers in the DMV, and each one of them has been a bad expierence. I was hoping this dealer would be different and it was! This dealership is usually great and their in-house customer service reps are exceptional... especially Nicole and Julia... but we recently had some work done and the service team who did the work, did customer service reps are exceptional... especially Nicole and Julia... but we recently had some work done and the service team who did the work, didn't clean off the engine appropriately before or after service. We called and brought the car back in for the cleaning team to clear off the rat feces from off the engine block and battery under the hood... it looked like they had maybe tried to brush it off, but it was still not removed are really cleaned off... not acceptable. Especially after we brought it back to have it cleaned. Usually better service here. This was definitely a disappointment. But big thanks again to Nicole for trying to rectify the problem. More
