I bought a new 2023 corvette in November that was a custom order and I live out of state, therefore all of our communication was thru phone and text and pictures. When I finally received my car, I noticed that there were issues with the paint job, so I contacted the dealership about this and they denied any responsibility for this and tried to accuse the transport company of causing the swirls in the paint and basically all of the imperfections that would’ve happened at the plant that built this. In addition to all of this, my temp tag is now expired and my local DMV still does not have my information needed to issue new plates, so once again I contacted the dealership and was forced to leave a message and I never got a call back. Very unprofessional! More

Bomnin Chevy did a great job analyzing my radio problem. It was unusual as the screen went blank. Abel Urias took great care in getting my car serviced. They had to order a new part and it was received a week later. During my service they were very accommodating, asking me if I needed anything while I waited. Abel was outstanding and I feel is an asset to your dealership. He was very professional and courteous. I am very appreciative for all the great car service I have received since moving to Virginia.
