Took my 2021 Tahoe in for 3 recalls, oil change and tire rotation. Had made a reservation and desired to wait. Seven hours later, the vehicle was ready. The recalls were allocated 1.2 hours by GM. Tire rotation and oil change should have been 45 minutes? I should have been in and out in two hours. Why did it take SEVEN hours? I was told by the service advisor "trouble syncing with the computer." Should I return agan for other service? Doubtful! More
