No suelo dar reviews pero la verdad es que he tenido una experiencia fatal con Chevrolet. En el 2021 compre un Silverado nuevo, y con menos de 100 millas encendio el check engine y cuando lo lleve al dealer experiencia fatal con Chevrolet. En el 2021 compre un Silverado nuevo, y con menos de 100 millas encendio el check engine y cuando lo lleve al dealer era el engine danado hubo que cambiarme de truck y darme uno nuevo porque el tiempo para repararlo iba a ser de meses. Ahora el truck nuevo que me dieron lo lleve a los 15mil millas porque tenia un sonido y cuando revisaron el diferencial danado, 1 mes sin mi truck andando en un rental. Cuando por fin me lo entregan, antes de los dos dias tenia otro sonido, y cuando reviso un amortiguador de atras suelto, lo vuelvo a llevar y ahora otra semana mas sin mi truck. Definitivamente no ha sido un buen servicio porque a parte de todos los problemas que me ha dado el truck, el servicio es pesimo, no te dan todas las informaciones que necesitas, no te cogen el telefono, no te informan de como va el proceso, te mantienen en la sombra como si fuera un regalo, lo cual no es, porque me toca pagar 550 dolares mensuales por ese truck. Let’s start by saying I’ve never had a good experience with any of the Bomnin dealerships. Just a background story, I’ve purchased two vehicles (a Silverado Trail boss and a C7 Corvette) from the Dadeland with any of the Bomnin dealerships. Just a background story, I’ve purchased two vehicles (a Silverado Trail boss and a C7 Corvette) from the Dadeland location. The purchase less than a year apart. Let me state that I was fed lies every time I’ve made a purchase, whether it be the pricing or whatnot—I blame myself for going back. Long story short, I attempted to buy a 3rd vehicle from them like an idiot, a C7 corvette. Again I was fed lies and decided to take my business elsewhere. But, I never learned my lesson as I did find a C7 elsewhere, but I decided it to sell it recently as I was looking to get a C8. So the idiot I am, I decided to put myself on the C8 ordering list at the Bomnin West Kendall. I was told Bomnin was one of the bigger dealerships and thinking MAYBE this Bomnin is better than Dadeland. Haha what a fool, I was so wrong. Anyways, I put my deposit down and was explicitly told it would take two months before I could start my build, then a few months for the production, and a few months to get it delivered. I was given a six-month estimate. Cool, I was okay with it. Mind you, in order to do any of this, you have to speak to their “Corvette specialist.” Let’s not get started with the specialist. Ernie was my specialist, a nice guy, but there was no communication at all. I understand he is probably bombarded with calls and texts, but an occasional update would have been nice. He didn’t respond to my first three text messages (months apart), nor was he ever at the dealership when I showed up or answered my phone calls. Best one I got was when I called him one day and he replied with “Text me”. So I did, but didn’t get a response to my text. Comical. I don’t understand why Bomnin can’t post a list on their website with where your place is for an order. Many major selling corvette dealerships do this. Make it easier for the buyer and not have to bombard these “specialists” with calls. I’m pretty sure I understand why they don’t; it’s because people pay extra to get moved up i. The list, so why on earth would Bomnin want you see that? I’ve researched through many forums where people say to stay away. I’ve also read buyers place their deposit, start their build, and have it delivered within 8 months. But here I am, 11 months in and still haven’t even placed my build yet. No call. No text. No update. Unless I text/call him several times, I won’t get a response. Last update was me reaching out, and was told the 16th of December would be my order date. You think that was true? Lol absolutely not. Therefore, I decided to pull my deposit. Good luck to those who attempt to purchase a vehicle from this place. More
