To whom it may concern I took my car to the collision place at this location was the one of the worst things I have done in my life the biggest mistake. I was in a car accident on June8 , 2022. I had took my car there twice and was trusting that I would get the same service of excellence but not so I never got an estimate until June 28, 2022 there was no communication I kept going and no one said much to help but my car was totaled but why what was the damages no answer. Now I’m been told by crystal that my ties less low and now after a whole month Jose telling me that my engine light was on not so I drove my car from the place of accident to my house with no problems . I’m very disappointed with Rudy , crystal and and Jose the manger . One Saturday I went to check on my car it was broken down. But just a few days ago I was told that it was broken down for repairs now in order for me to move it I have pay to put it back together I know it’s a lot of things going own my bumper was taken from my backseat and I asked where is my bumper cover . Every time I mention something Jose the manager say he didn’t know. One day I emailed him to let him know that I was coming to talk to him concerning my car . I need help concerning my car More
