I purchased a used Toyota Camry from here last week. My experience was exceptional. My sales agent's name was Leo. He was extremely patient and helpful during the process. After a below satisfactory experience at the Coconut Grove location. I found a good option online at West Kendall. Leo picked up I was slightly irritated when I arrived and did a great job quickly walking me through the process of purchasing the Camry. His attentiveness and urgency changed my mood. He ensured the car was fully inspected, fluids changed and fully detailed. I picked up the car the following day without any issue. 10/10 would recommend again. Ask for Leo! More
