After setting an online appointment and getting an email saying it was cancelled. I called to reschedule and was told my appointment was still available. When I show up promptly at my appointment I was to saying it was cancelled. I called to reschedule and was told my appointment was still available. When I show up promptly at my appointment I was told 2.5hrs wait, since I live far I had no choice than to wait at the lobby. The location is very disorganized. After 3 hours my car had not been even taken to the back to commence a simple oil change. After 4 hours I was told it was almost out. I saw my car parked and finished for another 45 mins while the “Papers were processed”. I understand it’s a busy day but it shouldn’t be so for people with appointments nor 5 hours to wait if it was accepted. More
