Tried to call the dealership to get a reimbursement on the purchased lights that we had to buy and install OURSELVES, only to be told "only the manager can approve this." Could not get any information regarding who the manager is or what they will be doing to resolve the issue that THEY are at fault for. Not sure why this is such a mystery when a simple Google/LinkedIn search provides plenty of public information. I'm sure you can guess that we have yet to receive any phone call or correspondence regarding this issue yet. Not to mention, the LoJack that was supposed to come with this vehicle was MISSING! Surprised? We aren't. Before making any decisions, do your research—there are numerous detailed accounts on Google, Reddit, and Facebook exposing their questionable and often shady business practices. You’re far better off visiting an AutoNation location in Broward County, where customer service actually matters. This dealership is solely focused on closing the sale, not supporting customers after the fact. Many of the glowing reviews are solicited immediately after purchase—before customers have a chance to uncover any issues. Like many others, I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Unfortunately, that seems to be the only way to get a response or any form of accountability from this place. I purchased my Suburban in January, every time I had to bring it for service, no one would call you back. Last night I SUV would not start (electric issues) and had it towed to the dealership, since then, bring it for service, no one would call you back. Last night I SUV would not start (electric issues) and had it towed to the dealership, since then, left several voice mails for someone in service to called me back, NO ONE DID. Today Friday 4/18/25 I had to visit dealer in person, was promised they would diagnose the problem and the Service Advisor Gabriel Leon would call me. NO ONE DID AGAIN! I LEFT VOICE MAILS TO HIS EXT AND OF COURSE NO BODY MONITORS THE VOICE MAILS IN THIS DEALER. DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE IS AN ON-GOING NIGHTMARE, THEY ARE only GEARED FOR SALES BUT AFTERWARDS, SERVICE BE xxxx. AND ONE MORE THING, I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE GENERAL MANAGE AND HE WAS NO WHERE IN SITE, PROBABLY HIDING IN HIS OFFICE IN THE SECOND FLOOR. More
