Very satisfied with the salesperson, Fran Gonzalez who took the time to show us the car and explain everything related to the purchase of the new Traverse. We traded in our car so Fran also helped with the negotiation. Our finance person was also great. He explained all the insurances and choices available, but he was not super pushy about getting an extended guarantee, which was nice for a change.
