I was very pleased with the excellence and professionalism I received from bondys Toyota and specifically seana corsale. I'm in the United States Air Force and was stationed in Mississippi whi professionalism I received from bondys Toyota and specifically seana corsale. I'm in the United States Air Force and was stationed in Mississippi while shopping for a car but am originally from Dothan, AL so I wanted to make sure Wiregrass workers have good job security. Even without me there in person Seana was able to provide accurate and extremely detailed information about every car I was looking into in a very professional and comprehensive way. I was amazed at the extremely high level of service that was provided to me over the phone and in person when she self delivered the vehicle to me in Mississippi. I ended up buying a 2014 Toyota Corolla even though I was in the market for a used car. I made this decision to change from used to new based on the features that Seana explained to me and the amazing deal she was able to work out with me. She is a great salesperson and Bondy's Toyota Scion is very lucky to have her. I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone I come across near the wiregrass area looking for a new(er) vehicle. I planned on driving my dependable reliable 2002 Toyota Camry (200,000 miles) until it quit by the side of the road, but fate had other plans. I pulled out in front of another driver and totaled my beloved Camry (200,000 miles) until it quit by the side of the road, but fate had other plans. I pulled out in front of another driver and totaled my beloved car. The amazing thing was that the Camry protected me completely from the collision, and I only received minor injuries. At that moment, I knew I would always drive a Camry and that is what led me to Bondy's Toyota in Enterprise. I called Melissa about a Camry I had seen on the Internet, and she was so friendly and knowledgeable that I decided to drive over there immediately. When I got there, she had pulled the 2009 Camry off the lot and was saving it for me. I was immediately impressed, and we went for a test drive. I fell in love with the car because it was a sea foam green; the color I have always wanted, and it was a clean certified used car. I told Melissa I wanted it, and she took me in to meet with Gary. Like Melissa, he was very friendly yet professional. We made a deal we were both very happy with, and I left with the Camry of my dreams. My faith in customer service has been renewed. Everyone at Bondy's is friendly, professional, and determined to make the customer happy!!!! Thanks Bondy's! More

They cared about our needs. Willie made sure we were happy, well fed, had something to drink and continued to check the status of our financing. This dealership is by far the nicest one I've visited in a long time. They make you feel comfortable and at ease. They are far from pushy like most dealerships. This dealership was the ONLY reason I actually bought a new car. The great customer service made me feel like I wasnt being swindled into a bad deal.
