Today made for the second horrible experience I had with the service department! Their online scheduler allows you to schedule and appt ant when you get to the dealership they have no record of the appt. the service department! Today I got excuses of they only running a skeleton crew so they weren’t able to change my oil. Then when I tried to leave and express my understanding for being short staffed, the service guy gets an attitude and tries to get loud with me about it! I wouldn’t waste my time trying to get services done here and I certainly won’t be back! More

I wish the new service advisor would’ve told me how he was going to get my oil changed/tire rotation done to accommodate me as a customer rather than how it could take 2 to 2-1/2 hours with only one vehic was going to get my oil changed/tire rotation done to accommodate me as a customer rather than how it could take 2 to 2-1/2 hours with only one vehicle in front of me already on the rack! Our experience at Bonham Chrysler was great! Our salesperson, Dominique, was knowledgeable and easygoing. She really made the process kind of fun!
