First of all when I went in I was assured by a man who said he was a manger that the dealership was under new ownership and management to provide a great customer experience. This was found to be very untrue. I told them what I wanted to spend with financing already approved came out crazy high and then I said no so they came back in 2k over my buying price at this time they said all, I said man I’ll pass salesman went to get my keys so I could leave well followed him was the once before introduced manager who came out and ask how to make a deal I told him I was firm he stated he understood. He then said meet me in the middle and let make this deal and stuck his hand out for a commitment! I told him I wasn’t sure and would like to stay at my amount he then stated he would talk to them the next day and let me know. Now the next day no call I text my sales person and found that the so called manager was off work and that his offer was not a valid offer and would not be granted that price. Then I was called a liar that he said if I can which he clearly never said again I’m not new to car deals. So now come to find out they can’t sale the truck because it’s promised to the rodeo. I’m fine with that I understand commitment. I agreed to buy the truck at the stated price of the first manager and was told no and that I could buy it for the other price but not until aug 2nd. Still no phone calls. I got an automated email from the general manager asking about my experience good or bad, I then gave him the chance to fix the issue but he didn’t care to respond either. So now 4 days in to a car deal and the management team has not done anything they said they would do and have full convinced me that there not in anyway worried about the customer. More

He was friendly and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy and didn't make us feel rushed. He was very helpful and fun to interact with! There was an issue with the leather on the driver's seat from the factory and they immediately offered to have it fixed at no charge. It was the easiest, fastest, most pleasant car buying experience we have ever been through. Myron was great to work with as well, he made the financing aspect quick and painless, and he was absolutely hilarious! We had a great time. Definitely will be recommending them to everyone and will purchase from them again! More

Normally don’t leave reviews but had such a great experience that I had to share. I saw a truck that I liked on the website and while I was talking to them over the phone about it, someone came in an experience that I had to share. They sent me a few other to look at but I really liked the color of that particular truck. That was when I discovered that the vehicle that I liked was actually a limited edition Army, Tank Green, Built to Serve truck and only 1,000 were made. The salesman stated that he could talk to his manager to see what they could do but it would be hard to find another one. The next phone call that I received was from the General Manager Jeannie Conlon. Seeing that I am currently an officer in the Texas Army National Guard, she said that she was going to make it her mission to find me that truck. She called me a few days later and said that they conducted a 500-mile search and after personally calling over 50 dealerships, they found two. One in Tennessee and another one in Houston. They worked out a trade with the Houston dealership and sent a driver down to pick it up. We were so impressed that we ended up getting my wife a new Dodge Durango at the same time. Two days later they drove both cars down to my job, we live about two hours from the dealership, and we signed the paperwork for both cars in my office. Both of the drivers were very nice and helpful and made the process fast and easy. I would highly recommend Jeannie and her team if you are in the market for a vehicle. They went above and beyond to ensure that I got the truck that I wanted. Mission Accomplished!!! More

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in January of 2021 digitally (currently stationed overseas) and initially the salesman and accounting department were very helpful and easy to get ahold of. Once the purchase was made and the transaction was done, the amount of communication between the dealership and myself stopped. I paid for the vehicle in cash and have been waiting for my title for over 40 days. The accounting department didn't inform me that the vehicle had a lien on it from the previous owner and that they had to receive the title from the previous lienholder, and then ship the title off to a third party to have it titled in my name. This was not discussed with me at all, and I waited 30 days before I had to contact the dealership, just to be told "It's being handled by the out of state department" It seems like once they made the sale, they cut all ties with the customer and don't make sure that they have exhausted all means to take care of them until everything is complete. They also didn't take up close pictures of other parts of the car when they posted it up on the online for sale ad: the wheels had curb marks, and blemishes. They removed the trunk mat and floor mats from the vehicle, and I had to request to have them taken from another car before taking the vehicle. I shouldn't have to request that if I pay $50,000 for a vehicle. Overall poor customer service after the purchase was made;would not recommend them to anyone. More
