Run from this dealer I found a Chrysler minivan here on AutoTrader.com. I called the dealer number (listed as Bonham Chrysler) and talked to Kyle Barr. I told Kyle I live I found a Chrysler minivan here on AutoTrader.com. I called the dealer number (listed as Bonham Chrysler) and talked to Kyle Barr. I told Kyle I lived in Wisconsin and was interested in this van. I asked him how it was mechanically and did it run and drive good. He told me all the electrical worked and the van ran and drove just fine. My wife and I flew to Dallas and they picked us up for an hour drive to a small lot with the name of "The Cash Coral" on it. Kyle was not in that day, even though he knew I was flying in to see the van that day. I was given the keys for a test drive, but only drove it two blocks. That's all I needed to know this van would never have made it out of Texas, much less back to Wisconsin. Besides the front end being totally shot, half of the electrical didn't work either. Kyle totally lied to me about the condition of the van. They did give me a ride back to Dallas, but I'm out over $500 for time and travel. Take my advice and stay clear of this dealership. More

I am a customer for life they make you feel like family and told me the truth from start to finish also MIKE the finance guy was awesome with the paperwork !!!!! I didn't even have the best credit and they still got me into a nice car with a GOOD INTERST RATE !!! THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I leave a dealer feeling good about the deal I see my car in my garage and thank god every day for the blessing when I start up my car or see it in my garage!!!! Pretty disappointed! I have bought many vehicles here. This is the first time I've had a salesman that was no help. If it hadn't been for the finance man. We would not hav I have bought many vehicles here. This is the first time I've had a salesman that was no help. If it hadn't been for the finance man. We would not have bought our recent truck from bonham. And to top it off we didn't not receive a full referral fee after referring a friend 2 weeks later. Very unsatisfied.. Probably won't go back after that. Sad because they have never been that unhelpful. Although I had a great experience in January when I bought a vehicle before the current one I have. George Hiatt was very helpful and nice and had no issues. More
