I drove 300 miles to buy a car through their internet purchase. I was misled as to the warranty and to the detail of the vehicle being a lemon law. The internet salesmen said the car had a 3 year fact purchase. I was misled as to the warranty and to the detail of the vehicle being a lemon law. The internet salesmen said the car had a 3 year factory warranty and an additional 1 year unlimited mile warranty. I have the email documentation for all of this. The car actually has a 1 year warranty from purchase. He apologized, but they never offered to make it right or did not even have a full tank of gas in the vehicle. When I arrived after 5 1/2 hrs of driving, I had to wait forever to sign papers, which i was assured would be ready when I got there because I had to drive back the same evening. The vehicle I purchased had a tear in the tint on the window (explained to me by the dealer as an employee tearing the window sticker off.) My trade in, over 2 weeks later has still not been paid off and when I asked about it, another salesman told me "you worry too much". Everytime I speak to someone, I get the runaround. This has been the absolute worst, shadiest, most dishonest experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Highle recommend someone NOT using this dealership. More
This dealership sold me a LEMON and will not stand behind their vehicle. I took the car back right after I bought it because there was a noise in the rear end. they said they fixed it at a cost of 350 to me their vehicle. They prety much told me there is nothing they can do. I will never buy another car from them again. More
We found a used truck on the website that had unfortunately sold before we reached the dealership. The entire staff was extremely friendly and customer oriented. Our internet salesman Austin Dreyer was very helpful and timely in his email responses and phone calls and ensured a smooth transition when we picked up the car. We were in and out of the dealership in less than an hour on a busy Saturday afternoon. I highly recommend this dealership. They are a pleasure to work with and their prices are unbeatable. More
Bonham Chrysler is a great place to purchase a new or used vehicle. They have tons of inventory to choose from and the staff is great. They listen to your needs/concerns and put inventory in front of you used vehicle. They have tons of inventory to choose from and the staff is great. They actually take the time to listen to you, and show you vehicles that are in your price range and match want you want/need. The finance team was excellent. They got us in and out. I've never purchased a vehicle with less hagle and felt like I walked away with the best deal possible. I would definitely recommend Bonham Chrysler to anyone I know and will buy my next vehicle there as well. More
