I went to the Part Dept. to get some side steps for my truck. They had them in stock(very nice!!) . I wanted to put them on myself and was told to go on side of building and to get some side steps for my truck. They had them in stock(very nice!!) . I took my truck in for the transmission shifting hard on the first shift of the day. They kept It 9 days and only started working on it on day 8. After they did the work they took it for an unnecessary tes the first shift of the day. They kept It 9 days and only started working on it on day 8. After they did the work they took it for an unnecessary test drive since the engine needed to be cold to feel the hard shift. After I explained this I was told they would keep it another night and try again in the morning. I was happy with that. The next day I get a message they went on another 10 mile test drive that was unnecessary to feel the first shift. Seems like the wanted to waste my gas. I get my truck back covered in bird crap. The steering was loose and there was my items in the floor and my mpg was also much lower than when I dropped it off indicating someone driving it much harder than necessary. I don't feel this is a good dealership anymore and no longer feel safe leaving my vehicle here. Question everything service tells you. More
