I had such a good experience 4 years ago when I bought my Chevy Trail Boss that when I decided to switch to a Tahoe, I went back to Boniface to trade in the truck for the Tahoe. He made us very comfortable with his knowledge and answered all our questions, provided us detailing about my chosen vehicle and I had an excellent experience on the test drive, we negotiated the purchase price of the new truck with no pressure. I didn't know the store offered a Warranty Forever, and we loved the fact that we bought a truck that have such warranty without increasing the price of the vehicle.
